Prescriptions are provided to patients on an individualized and confidential basis. Prescriptions are only provided to patients over the phone who have been seen recently in the office and the Doctor has a diagnosis he/she is currently treating. If you have not visited our office recently we must reevaluate and discuss our findings prior to prescribing medications.
Your appointment is reserved for you. Since we have especially reserved your appointment time for you, you must provide notice of cancellation 24 hours prior to appointment. If you do not abide to this policy you will incur a charge for the time dedicated for you.
Since our care is tailored to fit your individual needs our financia arrangements are customized for each patient. We accept Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Cash, Checks and Care Credit as methods of reimbursement for services we provide.
